Return Policy - Katateeb Store

We appreciate your trust in Katateeb Store, and we are pleased to serve you and fulfill your wishes to deliver copies of the Quran within the Kingdom and to the guests of God upon request, with all care and honesty.

We understand that you may sometimes need to cancel an order, so we allow returns according to the following guidelines:

1- A refund can be requested within 24 hours only from the time of payment.

2- The request is submitted via WhatsApp to the customer service number: (966556471100+).

3- The amount will be refunded to the same account used for payment, within a period not exceeding 10 working days.

Important warnings:

- The name printed on the Qur'ans cannot be changed after payment has been completed.

- The delivery location cannot be changed after payment.
