2- How can I ensure that copies of the Quran reach those who deserve them?

The Katateeb store team handles the delivery process directly, ensuring that the Qur’ans reach their appropriate locations, while providing documentation that assures you that the order has been carried out as required.

3- What is the time frame for producing and delivering copies of the Quran?

The order and delivery of the Qur’ans within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia will take a maximum of 3-5 working days from payment confirmation, including the appropriate documentation according to the type of order.

4- How are the requests of pilgrims documented?

We send a documentation report via WhatsApp to the number registered with the store after the order is fulfilled. The documentation includes the following:

• For individual orders (1 or 3 copies of the Quran): A photo documenting the arrival of the Quran with the printed name.
• For packages (15 or 40 copies of the Quran): A documentary video clip that includes the moment of distribution and the appearance of the printed name.

5- Is it permissible to print a name or phrase on copies of the Quran?

Yes, you can print a single name or a short phrase on the Qur’ans (such as: “Endowment for so-and-so, son of so-and-so”), and it will be repeated on all copies within the same request.

6- Can the names be divided across a single package?

No, printing is done with a single name only within a single order, and names cannot be divided across copies of the Quran.

7- To whom are copies of the Quran delivered or given as gifts?

Delivery is available within Saudi Arabia and includes:

• The Holy Mosque in Mecca (for pilgrims and Umrah performers).
• Selected locations within cities as needed.

8- Is it possible to issue a gift card?

Yes, an electronic gift card can be issued upon request, including the names of the sender and recipient. To arrange this, please contact us via WhatsApp and provide your order number and the required information.
